Hello this is Charlie with Adobe Gold Properties. For many years we have been looking for someone to build storage sheds and what we call Camping Cabins for our customers with not much success.

Many of our customers are from out of state and when the purchased their property they wanted a way to enjoy their property without camping in a tent or having to haul a travel trailer back and forth.

In Las Animas County you have to build at least 600 square feet in order to have plumbing and electrical in a cabin but a camping cabin is basically permitted as a agricultural shed. It just happens to have a nice door and windows and maybe a porch and loft.

Finally we found someone who builds a top quality shed! When we first looked at them we just couldn't believe how well built they were and how good their prices were. And they are built by the Amish in the San Luis Valley in their factory and onsite if the job requires it.

Adobe Gold Properties, LLC is now the local distributor of these wonderful sheds and cabins in the Trinidad/Walsenburg and the nearby Southern Colorado area and we invite you to come and check out these awesome structures yourself.

All sheds and cabins are custom made for each customer and we will have some great examples on display in various locations near Trinidad soon. In the mean time we can get you brochures and more information and tell you where you can see some examples.
